Under the guidance of the team lead(s), you will work in a project team environment with other engineers involved in executing water resources deliverables and other site development engineering in support of the design, modification, and analysis of power plant sites. The work may include the following responsibilities:- Flood level determination for 100-year and probable maximum flood scenarios.- Site evaluations considering local probable maximum precipitation events.- Design and/or analysis of cooling lakes, reservoirs, and canals.- Design and/or analysis of cooling water intake and discharge systems.- Wave force analysis and shore protection design.- Groundwater analysis.- Design of storm drains, open channel drainage, and storm water ponds.- Design of sanitary sewers and sewage disposal systems.- Design of wastewater surface impoundments and landfills.- Prepare site layout, grading, and drainage designs.- Design of roads and trackwork.This position is based on a hybrid work schedule and will require in-office work 3 days per week.
