This position will offer you the opportunity to manage the execution of multiple transmission, substation, and distribution projects. The Administrative Specialist performs a variety of administrative and documentation functions such as scheduling appointments/meetings, data entry, document management, generating reports, filing, and handling multiple projects. The incumbent works within established guidelines and utilizes experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks.
