Description

As a Human Resources Intern, you will assist HR team in various activities, which may include the following:

  • Assist recruiters with conducting resume searches, scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing interviewee travel expenses.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Assist with HR department research requests, such as policies, recruitment, and/or training.
  • Additional projects as assigned. 
  • Compile and prepare HR-related status reports as requested.

This position offers a hybrid schedule with the expectation of 3 days per week in the office, and the remainder remote / virtual.

Qualifications

Essential skills and experience:

 

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management with a major or concentration in Human Resources and an expected graduation date in Winter 2024 or Spring 2025
  • GPA of 3.0/4.0 or better
  • Ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence
  • Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work full-time in a hybrid work environment for the duration of the summer
  • Function effectively in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
