We have an opening for an Invoicing Specialist in our downtown Chicago office.

The position's responsibilities include the following:

• Process client billing setup which includes: creation of clients and projects, setting up client issued contracts and terms/purchase orders/change orders, and establishing the formats for invoicing
• Prepare preliminary invoices, attachments and spreadsheets and assist with project management review
•  Preparation of final invoice packages to be sent to the client via e-mail, mail (UPS/FedEx/USPS), and/or uploaded to client’s AP system
• File and/or scan invoices and client documents

Qualifications for this invoicing position include:

•  High School diploma required; Associate Degree or higher in Business, Accounting or related field a plus
• Two years of accounting, invoicing, or contract administration experience
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word Access a plus
• Excellent data entry skills
•  A team player with proven ability to wear multiple hats and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.  Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  Ability to troubleshoot issues through completion
• Strong  written and verbal communications skills
•  Ability to adapt to cyclical periods, peak workloads, new assignments and deadlines.  Flexibility to work occasional overtime, as needed, to perform the essential duties of the position
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint is a plus
