Description

Responsibilities: 

In this role you will join a talented team of collaborative Human Resources professionals that are dedicated to improving the employee experience at Sargent & Lundy. 

 

 Responsibilities will likely include, but not be limited to the following: 

  • Conduct in-depth searches to surface qualified candidates; build and nurture talent pipelines via LinkedIn RecruiterIndeed, and the applicant tracking system (ATS) 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide them with qualified candidate profiles and pipelines 
  • Identify and engage passive candidates to build interestfacilitate a project-team phone screen to validate mutual fit, and hand off key details to the recruiter for formal interview scheduling 
  • Lead weekly candidate review meetings with key stakeholders across multiple business groups 
  • Stay up to date on the latest recruitment trends and best practices, and make recommendations to improve our recruitment processes 

 

This position offers a hybrid schedule with the expectation of three days per week in the office, and the remainder remote / virtual. 

Qualifications

Required qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 
  • Minimum four years of experience with conducting passive candidate searcas a Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist 
  • Proven ability to source top candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, complemented by advanced ATS and resume database search skills leveraging Boolean logic 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills 
  • Strong customer service focus, with bias for action and desire to achieve excellence 
  • Ability to diagnose problems and drive appropriate solutions using qualitative and quantitative data 
  • Passion for process improvement 
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced recruiting environment 
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime 

 

Valued but not required skills and experience: 

  • Experience at a consulting, professional services, or architecture/engineering firm 
  • Experience working with iCIMS 
  • Collaborative experience sourcing diverse roles across a matrixed organization, partnering closely with leadership

Compensation Range

$75,210.00 - $115,210.00
