You will have the opportunity to utilize and expand your academic background in Electrical Engineering.
You will work on a project team with other engineers involved in the engineering for nuclear plant electrical systems betterment and associated modifications.
You will be involved in power distribution designs as well as the preparation of specifications for the procurement of major electrical power equipment and related installation services.
You will also have the opportunity to travel to client and vendor offices for design reviews and to plant site locations for construction coordination and field verification of design.
Experienced electrical engineers will mentor and train you in the execution of meaningful project engineering assignments. Coupled with on-the-job training, you will also participate in a variety of technical training and professional development sessions to increase your knowledge and skills in your engineering discipline.
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program with a strong academic background and coursework in electrical power concepts/power systems analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
US citizenship or US permanent resident status is required.
