As an HR Program Coordinator at Sargent & Lundy, you will play a crucial role in the administration and coordination of HR programs, policies and procedures, supporting various HR team members in Compliance, HR Programs/Initiatives and Culture, and contributing to the overall employee experience. This position is ideal for someone with a keen attention to detail, a strong customer service mindset, a questioning attitude, and technical proficiency. You will be responsible for coordinating multiple programs, assisting with ad hoc reports, and contributing to continuous process improvements in designated HR programs, policies and procedures.
