Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training Administrator in the Training & Development Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and organization of training activities and department-managed initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology and education, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 

 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Schedules and administers offerings through Cornerstone learning management software (LMS).
  • Issues follow up correspondence as necessary through MS Outlook.
  • Supports special initiatives managed the department with logistical and organizational support.
  • Interfaces with Discipline Managers and Leads to coordinate upcoming training schedules.
  • Manages logistics through Outlook and Teams which includes attendance recording, lunch arrangements and AV notifications.
  • May help with MS Teams Breakout rooms, polls and meeting notes. 

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement. You'll spend three days a week in the office, giving you the flexibility to work remotely for two days. Dependent upon your location, this opportunity offers a generous relocation package.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minumum of 3 years of work experience, experience in administering a Learning Management System is a plus
  • Understanding of Learning Management Systems, preferably experience with Cornerstone LMS
  • A high school diploma (or equivalent), instructional design classes are valued but not required.
  • Strong detail orientation focus
  • The ability to manage concurrent events.
  • Professional and responsive communication skills.
  • A basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

$45,180.00 -$68,170.00
