We are currently seeking a Part-Time PLADES System Support Specialist to provide critical support for our PLADES systems, particularly for INTELAGEN issues, during a temporary absence. This role is vital in maintaining productivity, preventing project delays, and providing essential user support.

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Working with end-users to identify system needs and requirements.
• Maintaining existing systems functionality.
• Focus on INTELAGEN Specific Issues.
  • Project Setup.
  • PDIS general data management issues, reporting and dashboard.
  • Electrical System Setup (Custom Title blocks, custom Shapes and mapping).
  • General user support for All INTELAGEN & Visio Issues.
  • EE (Wiring, Schematic, Keys, load list, Single Line).
  • ICE (Logic and IO List).

This position offers the flexibility of a remote schedule, with core hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

This position requires:

• In-depth knowledge of PLADES systems, specifically with INTELAGEN.
• Familiarity with Sargent & Lundy systems, processes, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Valued but not required skills and experience:

• CAD Experience (Visio).
